Secret Pharmacy
The Secret Pharmacy is a mysterious and layered cocktail with a surprising combination of freshness, spiciness and soft bitterness. The blood orange notes of Sang de Pascual meet refreshing grapefruit, subtle verbena and a touch of salt for depth. A modern, balanced cocktail that intrigues from the first sip.
Ingredients
• 3 cl Sang de Pascual
• 3 cl vodka
• 1 cl fresh lime juice
• 5 cl grapefruit-verbena cordial
• 4 drops of saline solution
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: optional slice of grapefruit or lime
Preparation method
- Fill a tumbler glass or elegant long drink glass with ice.
- Add Sang de Pascual, vodka and lime juice.
- Stir gently to blend the flavors.
- Then add the grapefruit-verbena cordial and the drops of saline solution.
- Mix again gently until smooth.
- Finish with a slice of grapefruit or lime for a fresh touch.
