Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Sang De Pascual. We do everything we can to give you a great experience. Not completely satisfied? No worries, we’re happy to help.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase
As our products are beverages, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened bottles, unless there is an issue with the product.
To start a return, simply email us at hello@sangdepascual.be and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Damages or issues
Please check your order upon delivery.
If something is damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, contact us within 48 hours at hello@sangdepascual.be, preferably with photos.
We’ll make sure to resolve it quickly.
Exceptions
As we work with food and beverages, a few exceptions apply:
- Opened bottles cannot be returned
- Items bought on sale or promotion cannot be returned
- Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges
Looking for a different product?
The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
- we’ll notify you by email
- your refund will be issued to your original payment method
This is processed within 14 days.
Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
