Carlitos - Tonic
The Carlitos is a refreshing and refined combination of Sang De Pascual Original and tonic. The powerful flavours of blood orange and herbs come into their own in this slightly bitter, sparkling cocktail. Ideal as an aperitif or to make an ordinary moment effortlessly special.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Sang de Pascual
- 15 cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic (premium tonic)
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Slice of lime and a sprig of rosemary
Preparation method
- Fill a long drink glass or large wine glass with ice.
- Add Sang de Pascual
- Add the tonic to taste and stir gently to retain the fizz.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of rosemary for extra aroma.
