Sang Spritz

The Sang Spritz is a Mediterranean twist on the classic spritz. With Sang De Pascual as a base, a unique balance of bittersweet blood orange, spicy notes and a fresh finish is created. This spritz is elegant, slightly bitter and perfect for summer aperitifs or festive moments.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Sang de Pascual
  • 6 cl Prosecco (brut or extra dry)
  • Optional: 2 cl sparkling water or tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Slice of (blood) orange

Preparation method

  1. Fill a wine glass or spritz glass with ice.
  2. Add Sang de Pascual.
  3. Pour in the prosecco.
  4. Optionally finish with a dash of sparkling water for extra freshness.
  5. Garnish with a slice of (blood) orange.

Serving suggestion

Use chilled ingredients for extra freshness. Serve with a few olives or a light tapa for the ultimate Southern aperitif experience.
