
Sang Spritz
The Sang Spritz is a Mediterranean twist on the classic spritz. With Sang De Pascual as a base, a unique balance of bittersweet blood orange, spicy notes and a fresh finish is created. This spritz is elegant, slightly bitter and perfect for summer aperitifs or festive moments.
Ingredients
- 6 cl Sang de Pascual
- 6 cl Prosecco (brut or extra dry)
- Optional: 2 cl sparkling water or tonic
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Slice of (blood) orange
Preparation method
- Fill a wine glass or spritz glass with ice.
- Add Sang de Pascual.
- Pour in the prosecco.
- Optionally finish with a dash of sparkling water for extra freshness.
- Garnish with a slice of (blood) orange.
