Rosa Pascual - Mojito
The Pascual Mojito is a fresh twist on the classic mojito, with a southern character. The basis of Sang De Pascual adds a spicy depth and a bittersweet note of blood orange to the refreshing interplay of mint, lime and fizz. This cocktail is lively, invigorating and perfect to enjoy on a summer evening or during a relaxing moment in good company.
Ingredients
- 7 cl Sang de Pascual
- 2 cl lime juice or 4 lime wedges (approx. 1/2 lime)
- Sparkling water
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- (Shaved) ice
- A sprig of mint (5-6 leaves)
Preparation method
- Place the cane sugar and lime juice (or a few lime wedges) in a highball glass and gently muddle to release the flavours.
- Briefly clap the mint leaves in your palm to release the aromas and add them to the glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with shaved ice.
- Add the Sang de Pascual.
- Stir everything together so that the mint leaves and cane sugar come loose from the bottom.
- Fill the glass completely with shaved ice.
- Top the glass with sparkling water.
