Negroni

The Negroni is a timeless classic, but this version offers a surprising twist thanks to Sang de Pascual.
The spicy bitterness of Campari, the strength of gin, and the fruity complexity of blood orange create an intense and well-balanced flavor.

Ingredients

• 3.5 cl Sang de Pascual
• 2.5 cl Campari
• 2 cl gin
• Garnish: orange zest (optional)
• Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add Sang de Pascual, Campari, and gin to a mixing glass or shaker (without egg white or lemon juice).
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir gently until the cocktail is well chilled.

  3. Fill a tumbler glass with fresh ice cubes.

  4.  Strain the mixture into the glass.

  5.  Garnish with a twist of orange zest for an aromatic touch.
